*********** and lying Takealot fails to deliver packages

I have ordered items from Takealot that were supposed to be delivered on 3/12/2018. For the past 4 days, I keep receiving a message saying the package couldn't be delivered because the recipient was unavailable. But no-one tried phoning me. I have enquired on 3 consecutive days now about this. The first two times I was told the driver was actually at the address and then left. This is a business address. There are always people there, but for some insane reason he decided not to get out of his car, but drove off. This is absolutely ridiculous. Each time, they promise me the package will be delivered the next day, and each time they fail. We are leaving on holiday soon, and won't be able to take this gift with to give to the person intended. I will never shop with you again. The level of incompetence and frustration has been too unbearable.
