I had a credit issue with Takealot which was creating confusion and could not be resolved via email. I received a call from Akeelah who understood the discrepancy and assured me she will resolve the credit. I even got an email confirming that a credit will be allocated to my account. Three days pass with no credit note and when I queried why I have not received the credit I received the same response which was given to me at the start.
