<p>25th November I ordered a charger, a book and an expensive Christmas gift. Two items were in stock and the book was supposed to be shipped in 5-7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days before christmas I got an email saying my parcel was going to be late because the book is taking long, so I told them to refund the book and send the rest. I also asked them to refund my purchase if it is not there before christmas. I recieved a dismissive message stating that I made a mistake, that the site said it would be shipped in 15 days. I took a screenshot when I purchased the items, So I know this is not true. When I mentioned this, I was told "Please be advised the parcel is on its way"</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 2nd of Jan and only the charger has arrived on its own. There has been no information regarding the christmas gift. I am done with this *********** company and I will take my business elsewhere. I want my refund, and I will gladly point others in a different direction.</p>
