Incompetency to the extreme

I cannot believe how *********** Takealot is. I ordered alcohol from them, only find out that upon delivery 2 items was missing. Takealot did not bother to let me know this, if i had not called numerous times they would not have even found out that there was missing items from my order that i did not receive! I received all my items (aside for the 2 missing items) last week Monday the 2/12/2019, which was when i notified Takealot about the missing items. It is now the 11/12/2019 and still they are unable to rectify the problem. I had specifically purchased these items ONLY because I had a function on the 7/12/2019, and the 2 items missing was actually the gifts for the person the function was for. I must not forget that every time I call Takelot i have to speak to different people and can never speak to the original person I logged the problem. I have spoken now to I think 4 people, and every time, I have to start the story all over again! This is absolutely frustrating. I even offered to take a replacement for the damaged alcohol as i was told that 1 of the items damaged is out of stock....................and still i have no word from Takealot as to when they will be dispatching my new order!!!!! I am so annoyed with Takealot, you guys really **** me off..........If I was anyone else I am gonna advise you to NOT to support Takealot, because even though they good stuff their customer service is beyond disgusting..........wait till something goes wrong then trust you are gonna suffer.
