Incompetency on steroids

I have returned 2 items to takealot same day one for refund and other for credit to be put back in my account. Got both my refund and credit but few days later my credit was no longer there and when I enquired I was advised it was refunded to the credit card I had used. I never asked for a refund for a reason, and why was my credit suddenly taken off to be refunded later I am still not answered and it's been over a week already no refund and no credit. Ronaldo Smith made the changes to my credit and other agents have been telling me they are getting her to explain why she did that. I guess I'll wait till Jesus comes back.
