Incompetence to the max

If there was a negative or zero, that would be my rating. Ordered ankle weights and only 1 arrived. Made them aware and it has been two weeks of silence, incorrect face product deliveries and being ignored. I have dealt with as many as 5 consultants and none have been able to rectify their error. They said they will credit my account and dololo.
