I place an order for high chair for my son but then it was too small so I logged a return of which they came and fetched it but then to be told that it did not meet the requirements for a refund,Yolanda.Mka was the girl who checked and she only took 1 minute to check the product,now I am paying for something that I do not even have that product.They keep changing consultants who keeps sending useless emails without resolution.i want this query resolved but they not giving me any joy.i trusted takealot but now I feel they not hiring competent warehouse workers,how can a person take 1 minute to review a product and come with a sensable outcome yet they not doing anything about it.she has to be fired because she started the whole thing and now its affecting me,this thing cost a lot of money and they think its a joke.
