Incompetence

Ordered a android box that came with a bluetooth keyboard. The android box did not contain bluetooth which makes it incompatible. I returned this product for a replacement/refund and i was told that the items could not be replaced and that it is my fault for ordering the incompatible items. They then posted a new promotion of the same product and replaced the bluetooth keyboard with a normal usb connected keyboard.items sent to me and problem persists.
