Incompetence at its best

placed an order on the 13 th December 2022.received a message to say items will be delivered on Friday,had to reschedule for Saturday.I waited the whole of Saturday for a delivery that never came.on Sunday I received a message to say that it will be delivered on Monday.called the Takealot call centre at midday only to be told that it has still not been picked up by the driver yet.so another day has been wasted waiting for a package that will probably not be delivered again.this is not the first time I have had this issue.once Takealot gets their money they don’t care if you receive what you paid for.this will be my last order with your company. Your service sucks
