Incompetence at its best

I ordered an item and had to wait 2 full weeks for the item to be delivered , when the item was actually delivered it was the wrong one, If you call in they tell u u have to wait until the 3rd party responds to them???? *** like really??? now I have to wait another two weeks for ther correct item to be delivered, so basically the whole month!!!! Terrible!!!!
