Incompetence and poor service

<p>I placed an order on the 7th for Sunday delivery, what i can tell you is today is the 18th and still no delivery, i keep calling and moving from consultant to consultant to enquire about my parcel but nothing, the frustration that this people are giving me is beyond explanation, they said they would credit me for my shipping but that wont even fix the issue because I still dont have my order. Takealot people deliver please or bring back my money. </p>
