Incompetence and Ostrich mentality of Takelaot

Order two light pendants. Paid my Invoice… on receipt of order one pendant is smashed, so waite for return and request redelivery of same… great! NOT!!! Again the re-invoiced pendant is delivered smashed!!! Only to be told they have no more stock…. So consequently I return both pendants…. Surely the total Invoice amount must now be credited!!!! takealot staff just can’t understand that they owe me the full Invoiced amount and not only the pendant that was damaged… if I return two pendants in the condition you delivered then please get it right… I’m money out of pocket for over a month now!!!
