Incompetence

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Takealot on the numbers that they give but they have a recorded message stating that you must log a call online and then cut you off. Why give contact numbers if you cannot get through to them.These are cost that I have to incur. When trying to log online using the email address I received a message saying that this is not in use. The Help takes you to a section that does not apply and then when you enter some information and submit you get a courier at your doorstep. I want to speak to someone that can help me.
