Incompetence

I ordered a phone in the beginning of December 2025. I had to return it because it had some faults to it. My return was then concluded, however I never got back my phone. The courier only called me once and when they couldn't reach me they never reached out to schedule another delivery date. I've been calling almost every day for almost a month to ask for my order. They keep lying and telling me that the courier team has been calling and I haven't been answering. Yesterday they sent me an email informing me that they will be refunding me, but today they just sent me an email asking me if I've received my order. I'm very disappointed in their incompetence. They even rejected my review on their app
