Incompetence

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of April and you guys decided to deliver on the 3rd of April when I was not available, it was Passover weekend Hello!!! I have sent you my order number on DM on Instagram and I was told you did not receive any DMs from me? What kind of nonsense is that ? Am I being played here
