INCOMPETENCE

I ordered a TV box a short while ago, the TV box just decided to be quiet out of nowhere. I tried communicating with the team regarding that, they tell me that they can't trace my order number from my account. I had send the TV box back to them, 3 weeks back. Instead they refund the remote not the TV box. Please help me guys.
