Incompetence.

I actually wanted to put a zero. I ordered goods and was informed on Thursday that it would be delivered before 5 pm on that day. I have been waiting since, I then phoned them this morning, spoke to a lady who assured me it will be delivered today, she advised me that it will be escalated, there was no reason as well why it was not delivered on the scheduled date. I just received a sms informing me, that it has been rescheduled to be delivered on Monday. Still no apologies, nobody called me as well about this new date.
