Incompetence

Worst service ever, incompetence is the word best describing their customer service. 3 of many appalling cases I've encountered thus far

First i order and select same day delivery only hours later to find my delivery will only be sent in 3 working days!!!

I get a defect item, log a return and select refund my money, but they decide to credit my takalot account?

place an order at 8:40am they cannot trace a credit card payment after sending a proof of payment

i would not recommend takalot - the only thing they take alot of is your time, money and energy.

request for managers to call me multiple times, not once have i received a call

asked for a competent person to assist, get a template answer
