Incompete order - TWICE!!!

I have logged a few formal complaints regarding an order which I have paid for in full on 1 December 2024. I ordered two boxes of wines glasses. The order was delivered with only one box. I returned the order as it was incomplete.

I got confirmation that it would be corrected and will receive it on 20 December 2024. The order came WITHOUT THE SECOND BOX OF WINE GLASSES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!.

THIS IS *****, I HAVE CALLED HOW MANY TIME S REGARDING THIS MATTER. YOUR AGENTS ARE ****ING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL + REFUSED TO HELP. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME SINCE WEDNESDAY.

I WANT MY FULL ****ING REFUND FOR THE ORGINAL PURCHASE IN CASH AND I DEMAMD FOR A MANGER TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY.
