Incompetance. Not delivering as advertised

Repeatedly sending the wrong Unit, then charge me double and still send the incorrect part!

I have ordered a part on takealot that is clearly depicted and described. Every time the part is delivered it comes with a different fitting to what is advertised. I keep returning and requesting the correct part to be replaced and every time the same thing happens. Eventually, they cancelled the shipment and said that the part is not sold at the same price. So I reordered the part again for more than double the price and they sent me the wrong part again!

This is incompetence at the highest level and the absolute cheek to double the price and still send the wrong part is totally unacceptable
