Incentives

As one of the driver using their own car i enjoy the job as you get to meet new people and new characters daily which is one of strongest points i have in customer service.... Butmy problem is that we spent so much time on the road and hardly enjoy out money because we need to add extra hours which makes it hard because this is involves getting fatigue, getting into accident but we can't account because most of6ua don't own car insurance nor medical aid.. Ita would be an honor for us as drivers to be considered too and atleast get an extra incentive per trip instead of R25 we get R45 per trip its not much but would means alot n alos be considered because we have families to take care of....
