Inadequate, pathetic and ********** Customer Service

I don't even I bought a phone from Takealot.com and on the day of delivery no phone arrived in the box. For 3 weeks I've been struggling to get a refund and now I have to get my actual money back from them. They were quick to take the money for the phone but when I receive no phone I literally have to call and email them 100 times. Trying to get a manager to call you is ridiculous. You call you email and guess what no one makes an effort to contact you.

I also had an exchange for another phone, they collected the phone and I forgot to add the charger and cable, a week later they collected and today they returned my phone with no cable and no charger. Now I don't have money as they just ignore me with my refund and I don't have a phone coz the other phone I bought from them is faulty and returned to me as is

I've been a long time customer of Takealot.com and this is how they handle my urgent matters.

Clearly in their mind the customer doesn't matter and they don't care.

People do not buy from takealot.com.

The make as if the customer is the ***** and then they make you spend more money to get your money back.
