Inadequate online service and pathetic service

Advertising products at prices that they don't have. Misleading consumers to purchase the product with them but they don't have the product. Infringing on consider rights for free choice by holding funds in respect of a product which they don't have. Leaving me with no product and no specials to make use of for the product Not going the extra mile but simply sending an email informing me they don't have stock. They made no attempt to get the product from assign alternative supplier. Making my refund process difficult and indirectly forcing me to purchase from them again even though they failed from a service delivery perspective - Holding my funds which removes any choice I had if I didn't purchase the product with them
