Inaccurate product info and no support

I have been trying to buy a queen size electric blanket, but the advertised dimensions are not for a queen sized bed. Trying to call the help centre was a complete waste of time. I want the blanket now, not a week or 2 down the line when someone may answer an email.

End result: I will buy it somewhere else. I don't need to struggle like this with inaccurate product info and no support.
