In stoxk items not shipped yet after 3 days

I want to ask an easy question. If I ordered items you show is in stock, WHY is it not yet shipped after 3 days?

What will be the reason? The reason I ordered these items was because it showed on your website and app that it WAS IN STOCK... Order #***9

So please explain to me, why the items were not shipped., three days after ordering AND paying?
