In breach of terms and conditions!

Takealot is in breach of their own terms and conditions. I returned a graphics card on the second of August under a warranty claim. 22 days later after me asking for my refund, that is stated under Takealot terms and condition, i recieved a old used graphics card covered in dust and fluff. This after on email i was told i will recieve a new unit! Now i had to send the card back again, and again im being refused a credit on my account. It's now day 27 and still I have to call and call. This is utter BS takealot. You are in violation of your own terms of service, so actually committing fruad.!!! I just want my money back so that i can go on with my life. I use the graphics card for video editing which i get paid for. For 27 days now I can't do it. Keep me waiting longer and ill send you an invoice for loss of income!
