Improvealot should be the new Name

Takealot has declined a lot lately. In the past month, I've had 3 orders cancelled on the day AFTER the shipping to my premesis notification was sent already. So 1) sent notification and 2) cancelled order/items. Then on top of that, I've received a few orders at my new apartment block, but 2 recent orders were sent to my premises, and both were flagged as "Recipient Refused" even though I was present at my apartment in both cases. Why would the driver simply leave the premises without calling the intercom or even call me on my phone. I would just say leave it at reception I'll pickup in a minute. I'm actually quite shocked at the support email responses, they don't even seem to read the emails I sent and don't even understand the basics of your order system.
