IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN WRONG ORDER SENT BY TAKEALOT

I ordered a set of skin care products and received a totally wrong singular cheaper product. The process to log a return doesn't work as this is apparently a non returnable product. TAKEALOT doesn't have any contact details either on the website so you are basically left with no help and no options to get the product you have paid for.
