Impossible to return!

Worst service ever. Bought a telescope for my daughter for Christmas. Telescope was received with open box. Tried to send back telescope 5 times and everytime they decline my return. They tell me product has been used, that is not the case. Never been treated so bad by the the employees when I called. ******* the whole lot off them.
