Impossible to keep to delivery promises AVOID TAKEALOT!!!

A printer was ordered and paid and Takealot was informed delivery need to take place a few days later due to a course I was on. Takealot simply ignored the call and arrived THE NEXT DAY to deliver. Another arrangement was made AGAIN Takealot completely ignored any instruction or kept with any delivery promises that was made. Another call to Takealot and again promises was made they could not kept with. Another call to Takealot to confirm collection myself AGAIN no call back for the address for the confirmed arrangedment. I have never experience such poor service. Takealot simplpy shrugged their shoulders and said the order was returned. This is by far the worst service I have ever came across in SA!
