Impossible to get action and feedback from Takealot regarding a late delivery

Ordered an item on the 13th September 2022 (Order No ***) and it has still not been delivered. Tracking has displayed the same status for two weeks and two phone calls to the customer care call center have not produced any results even though it was promised. It s an absolutely unacceptable situation and your customer care is farcical
