Impossible to contact takelot.com
It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at ***. I had the problem of not being able to be there when they delivered, and no arrangements could me made as it appears they have no call centre. I doubt I will use their service again

19 Jun 2020, 12:22I have managed to contact takealot.com. You need to call one of the pickup sites (I called the Edenvale branch) where I received excellent service and my problem was resolved immediately by a kind representative. R
