Impossible to contact Takealot

<p>It is impossible to get hold of Takealot. I recently placed and order on the site and was told that it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days which I was happy with. Only to find out when I decided to track the order on the second day that one of the items was delayed due to stock availability and the entire order would be held for 2 weeks. So my logical thought was to cancel the item holding up the delivery. The problem is that is not as simple as one would think. There is no way to contact them over the phone and sort it out. The FAQ section is a joke and many of the links that it reccomends that you follow to resolve the problem send you in circles. it is a particularly obtuse bit of web development that is incredibly annoying. Sad to see a company that has provided great service in the past change the way that it does business. I do not think that I will be using them any time soon.</p>
