Impossible to contact!

Worst possible service! Most inconvenient, unreachable for any inconveniences. I have been trying to track my order for the past 3 days because they sent a "friendly" email that my order has been canceled. Meanwhile, I received notification of a successful purchase online. I sent a message on their help link and all I get are countless automated emails with no number I can directly call to escalate the issue!!
