impossible to change delivery address

I accidentally gave the wrong address for a delivery (***) and was contacted by Mr Delivery on Tuesday to give an alternate address, which they accepted. I supp**** it but today was told by Mr Delivery that they do not deliver to Century City area at all and insisted that I be at my old work address to receive the parcel. I declined and offered my home address. The call center agent's exact words were that she spoke to the branch manager and no branch delivers to Century City area at all, which is bizarre because I receive Takealot parcels at my office very frequently, as do plenty of my co-workers and other people in the building. I have since phoned and emailed Takealot NUMEROUS times, each time to be told that the address can be changed and EVERY TIME Mr Delivery phones me and says its not possible for them to deliver to an address literally 15 minutes away from them. 10 phone calls later, no resolution.
