Impossible to cancel an order

Takealot doesn´t cancel an order if requested. There´s alway some excuse, such as the following:

We are unable to cancel your order at this stage as the order has already been processed. Once you receive an SMS with the delivery date please do inform us we will then cancel the order for you.

As your order #***x is already out for delivery, we cannot currently cancel the order. Please do refuse the order when delivery is attempted and let us know once you have done so by responding to this email. We will then process your cancellation request.

So, basically, they will cancel an order when it suit for them. Totally disrecpecfull and **** service.
