Impossible to become a seller

I tried numerous times to get my product on the site. You do not get any reference number or telephone number to speak to a person. I received a standardized email, stating that my application was unsuccessful after several inquiries. I asked why the application was unsuccessful so that I could apply again when I do fulfill the requirements. I was asked to start the process again, just to get the same response. I tried with two different products, just to get the same pathetic treatment.
