imcompetent on delivery service

i ordered something on friday 11 october , they gave me an option for fast delivery , i opted for fast delivery which was next day and they charged me expensive delivery but i ddnt mind cause i wanted the product asap , then on sat i waited the whole day till i got a notification around 2 that my parcel arrived at incorrect facility and that they are rerouting it , got an sms later on that my parcel will be delivered before 7pm which they never came , no communication till sunday when i have to send an email cancelling an order , they sent me an email saying one of their shopping assistants is reviewing my request and will attend me shortly which never happened, on monday they sent me an sms that my order will be deliver on the 19th of october.. m so disappointed on their service, is very poor m not ordering anything anymore from takealot
