<p>I have been a customer of Kalahari and then Takealot for many, many years. Most of the time, I have been very satisfied with the products and service and Mr Delivery is always excellent. However, on 27 October, I mailed them and asked what the measurements of the Rubiks cube that they were advertising, is. On the 28th, when I still have not received an answer, I sent a follow-up e-mail. When I finally received an answer, they said it was 9 x 7 x 13cm. Imagine that! I mailed them back and said this was not possible as it is a cube and therefore all sides have to be equal. They said they will get back to me. Not a word since. How difficult can it be to measure a cube? I am extremely disappointed, and although I have already started by Christmas shopping at Takealot, I will probably reconsider before buying the rest from them as well.</p>
