I'm very ****ed

I bought airpods and they never worked since delivery day so I requested for them to be replaced and even the replaced ones did not work. I then requested for a refund because I wasn't happy with the product, Takealot came to collect their product and I'm still awaiting my refund even today.

Please refund my money back
