Im very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in Takealot and Paypal, i placed an order and paid via EFT, But last night i got an email from Takealot and Paypal telling me that my order has been cancelled because they did not get the funds i transferred into their account, i am very disappointed i made the payment Monday after placing the order and you guys are telling me that the order is canceled. i would like the manager to call me back because the Paypal call centre number does not even go through and i send them an email with the proof of payment but they are still quiet.
