I'm very disappointed

I wouldn't even give one star if it was not an option. I am very disappointed in Takealot I've ordered from them before and I've never had this problem before. I ordered a huawei watch which comes with a scale on Sunday evening, when the delivery came on Monday the watch was missing and only the scale was in the box. I phoned them on Monday afternoon to tell them that my watch has not arrived as they said they will investigate and get back to me the next day. I phoned them yesterday and one of the staff told me that there could be a possibility that they could come bring the watch as the day went I heard nothing from them. Today I phoned them again and one of the guys told me that it takes 2 days and that they would let me know later today. Still heard nothing from them all I want is a refund or the watch.
