I'm tired of meeting your courier half way

I purchased the face shield for me and my employees, I paid the shipping charges as usual without a complaint, order number ***1, They did not delivered up until today and they have cancelled my order because I refused to go and meet the courier in town. They don't want to deliver to P O Box but they fail to keep the promise of delivering door to door. Ever since I started to buy from them they don't deliver into my premises as per the sales agreement. The country is in lock down stage 3, I'm HIV positive, the supplier and courier does not want to deliver my protective gears, my employees are at the firing line of Covid-19. It looks like the Takelot is denying the Corona because they have some nerves of cancelling such an important order for the client. I don't think they deserve to supply for an essential services to the people, I think they must wait for the Corona to be over until they start trading again. I'm still waiting for my face shield to be delivered into my business premises before I take some further steps.
