I'm still waiting for my invoice since from 19 February 2025

I've place an order for Borch pots on the 19 February 2025 and I've requested a receipt/invoice before delivery day with was 26 February 2025. Order number ***.

Till date I haven't received my invoice. Status on my Takealot app says : We will email you once your invoice is ready.
