I'm not happy with the service provided by takealot

I received the wrong product. I then returned it and I was told it is not in-stock. I was only refunded the product money and not the delivery money, yet it was not my fault. Now problem is that I found a similar product but I have to pay delivery fees again? How am I the one losing and yet it was a problem with takealot?
