im not getting my refunds

I placed order for packages to delivered on 16 October 2020, the unit didnt work so i made nother ticket to return and to be credit, so they pickup 19 October 2020 monday morning and i called them on the 20 October 2020 and the person told me credit will be to ur account late teusday
