Im mad AF

I would like to lay a complaint against takealot, I bought headsets January 2024, 1st week of May 2024 they stopped working, I have lodged an exchange, They came to collect and till date I have not received the headsets. I have been sending emails and they kept on giving empty promises that they are working on the matter. Its been weeks now. Im actually mad and if possible ill mention every consultant I have spoke to over the email. This is just so bad.
