I’m furious and very disappointed in you guys!!!

I purchased items from take a lot and the watch I purchased was delivered but was nothing like the description noted. I logged a return request on the 5th of April 2022 and since the 6th of April 2022 they have been taking me from pillar to post advising that they are coming to collect and nothing has been done. I called again today and was advised that they are coming to collect today but still didn’t pitch. I need someone to come and collect this watch and give me my money back. I will never purchase anything from takealot ever again. They are quick to deliver when you purchase but when they have to come and collect a return they don’t pitch. Still used so much airtime calling since the 7th of April 2022 with nothing done. CAN SOMEONE JUST COME AND COLLECT THIS WATCH!!!
