I had to find my daughter a last minute christmas gift due to an ordered item going out of stock and the order being canceled ..

I tried to return the safety boots that I baught for my husband 5 months ago (still 1 month guarantee left) because the tore. The courier collected the boots from me. After 4 days the "return was declined after evaluation" but I couldn't find the email with the reason why and the return was "concluded".. Suddenly there is another return on the safety boots with another code that said I agreed to drop the boots off in Cape Town. I DID NOT AGREE TO ANTHING. I live in Mpumalanga and I don't even have the boots anymore.
