1 star is too many for this absolute joke of an organization. They failed to deliver half of my order & delivered an item I did not order. What an ordeal to get this rectified. It is still not. It would seem none of their staff are email literate. Or able to read or understand. It has been beyond a joke. Asking me to log a return for an item I did not order - which is impossible to do. To them logging a return for the box of pens I ordered. Still no delivery of the items I paid for. Them collecting the item I did not order then sending me an email to ask what they collected. At this point I think they’re just taking the ****** or honestly have clowns working g in their call centres. I have said it before but this time I’m sticking to it. I will never ever order from them again. Bye bye
